Exceeding 100 through town doesn’t appear safe, and even running red light, if someone had went through the green, they’d be charged with failure to yield to a 100 mph “hero”
Everyone throws a hero word now, even seen a Fed wrecks terminal with sign, “Hero’s Work Here.”
“Dang Judge, you sure are rough on our hero’s today.” You may say or think.
You want to know who I think our hero’s are?
Not some cowboys chasing a speeder.
Or ticketing because their is an airline touching your pigtail.Last edited: Jan 19, 2021

Fines have now been doubled as of 11 Jan for all FMCSA civil fines, in layman’s terms,
“We’re broke and need truckers and small businesses money now, more than ever. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation in these trying and most difficult times for all Americans.”
Sooo.
The way I read it, it’s all you druggy and alcoholic truck drivers who are making the nations roads unsafe, and you all need to stop it.

And from the clearing house website FAQs
Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse -
Are CDL drivers required to register for the Clearinghouse?
Drivers are not required to register for the Clearinghouse. However, a driver will need to be registered to provide electronic consent in the Clearinghouse if a prospective or current employer needs to conduct a full query of the driver’s Clearinghouse record—this includes all pre-employment queries.
A driver must also be registered to electronically view the information in his or her own Clearinghouse record.
Registered drivers will have their Clearinghouse accounts and contact preferences set up, allowing them to quickly respond to query requests from employers. Registration is available at Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse - Clearinghouse Registration.
