Trailer tandems at 38k at the delivery state's Bridge law. Essential load of canned vegetables says Essential items in BOL. With tandems at rear 34,500 on trailer.

    Thanks

The COVID exemption does not cover state regulations like size and weight.

to add: however, some states temporarily raised axle and vehicle weight limits for COVID relief loads. I know, for example, we ran over 80,000 lbs into Arizona for a bit, but we can bridge the weight.

The shelves are full of toilet paper and paper towels. Food is not in short supply.
I don't see any need for the Covid exemption to continue
It has now become a "What can i get away with" mentality.

Like I said when the exemption first came out, and it's proving to be the truth. The exemption was never about keeping the shelves stocked. It was only about keeping rates down by increasing supply (more hours).
