I agree 100%. I struggle with not doing what needs to be done even if to prove a point. I love to argue and make others do their jobs, but it was Friday and I only had enough time to make it back to terminal. So I guess you can say I gave in, which is unlike me LOL

Tailor the operations to each drivers needs and most will stay put.
I.E. get the ones that want to be home often home.
Keep the ones who want to run west out there.
Problems with an individual or two..don't enact a coverall policy just deal w the offending parties.
Hire experienced competent people and meet their needs.
And don't lie to your drivers..

Don't bail out the company for free.

I would never do that. Plus this was one of our oldest trailers, 14 years old to be exact. It needs the “proper” inspection and that guy ain’t me.
