And ladies and gentlemen that is why you don't park in a chain up area. CalTrans just plows you in. I've seen that so many times on Donner never fails to make me laugh. Better yet is the trucks parked in the rest area on the summit that don't wake up and move when the CHP blasts on the speaker to move now or you will be here till the storm is over. I have seen trucks stuck in there for a couple days
