You are way to kind @blairandgretchen between you and Gretchen and @zmster2033 y’all have been a tremendous help.

I agree 110% networking is an amazing thing in any venue in life whether it is work related or hobby or etc. I am really good at it in certain areas and lacking in others.
I am still rolling with training wheels it feels and each day is a learning experience.

I think I will work on writing something up soon.
I am not sure I would put the money made side out there with such detail as you but I think soon I will gladly share some of the expenses of getting started how much it cost me as it seems to be such a big question for all as it was for me. The delay to get so,e of the paperwork done and this awesome government of ours who find ways to complicate simple things lolol. The money to be made of course goes along with that and I can give a few examples. The main thing is the preparation for me and as you know curve balls have come at a few different angles so I would like to share some of that for those interested.

Again I thank y’all tremendously for the help. Hopefully some day as I gain more experience I can help others out as well.

I believed every word and you guys confirmed what I already knew about making money is this world, “DO THINGS THAT SET YOURSELF APART FROM THE AVERAGE” when you do that the money will be there because it’s a small number of people doing it.

Always remember, at any given moment in time, EXACTLY one half of the planet is below average. And at first, that might sound like a bad thing. But think of the company you'll have!!

I always said set yourself apart from the herd, but now they want herd immunity.
    I’m confused.

I have a new look going on now.

30 minutes at the local DMV and $73 gets me title application and permanent tags. Sales tax exempt using LS’s DOT and MC #.

Oh, and a $45 trailer inspection.

LS has you deal with their third party qualifications center to lease the equipment on, it took 8-9 phone calls to reach a human. LS , in any department recently, have been very difficult to get hold of.

However, uploaded all the documents they wanted and waiting for them to get busy.

I believe that with the extra axle, the percentage is 10% rather than 8%, so 75% of linehaul vs 73%.

In which case I’ll ‘tie’ the new trailer to the truck.

I need to get some toolboxes on it too.

    Looking good.
Don’t forget ground clearance issues, especially when stretched way out. You’ll be amazed at how muck crown some 2 lanes have.
