    States that shutdown Rest Areas should "loose" all their Federal Highway Funding

    So should those cheap states don't build Enough of em atleast every 30/40 miles or so.

    Under my plan they loose all Federal funding.

    Once states loose Federal Highway Dollars ya just watch em fall into quick "compliance"

    The Threat itself and pulling the $$$ had 2 be there to get many to actually "Comply"

    Meantime I make a Sport of running down No Parking signs on the shoulders.

    Just wish my 2nd Ammendment Constitutional Rights "covered" me that one Stupid Cop who will enforcement it.

    Watch out for those feral hogs, they might be hungery. My question is , what do some of these states do with the the money, they don't spend it on the highways.

    But each successive patch is larger than the last. In time the patch will be an entire highway resurface. Patience is key here.
