I am glad you brought that up, I had forgotten all about those. I know those long sticks for passing the taters sure does come in handy!

 

We just went through a half hour of good ole fashioned no feelings hurt fun and games ribbing and didn’t one time hear......

Maybe, just maybe, one day we can get back to the good old days of trucking where most of us got along some of the time before we are too old to truck. I am not holding my breath, but I still love driving my truck some days. There has to be a reason I still like my profession and would miss it if I didn’t do it. Some days I think I can’t drive another day, but after a couple days off I miss my rig.

You got that right! We dined tonight on Fried Chicken, Pinto Beans, Mashed Taters and Corn Bread and a cold one or two. My Grandmother’s recipe for the cornbread made in her cast iron skillets. The skillets were her Mothers and have been well seasoned from many years.

 

This will make short work of those tile floors.

 

Well most truckers are so stupid they have to have all those lights to find their trucks after they go inside for a roller dog.

 

When we first bought this house, the dryer stack was clogged. I used my Stihl backpack blower to clean it out. Goosed the throttle twice, and the CO detector went off. Better stick to the vacuum, lol.
