Sounds more like the Driver stopped to fix a light and was approached
to play the game,lost what he had in his pocket and got a cash
advance to continue playing the 3 card molly and they took that as well.

 

There were some guys running the same scam in Indiana. I played and lost to see their trick. Now I'm waiting to run into them again.

 

The same crew was in Richmond Hill, Georgia about a year ago or so. They'll hit the same truckstop a few days in a row. Love's usually have easy access from the car parking lot and they take advantage of that. They only stay for a few minutes--long enough to scam some money, then they're gone.

You'll know when they show up... one or two will be running the game and two will pretend to be drivers watching, clapping their hands and hooting and hollering.

The premise is, one of them has won a buttload of money in the lottery and is giving away money to other drivers--don't fall for it.

And yes, they did mug and beat a driver in South Carolina... they'll try to get you in between two trailers, out of sight of the fuel islands or anything else.

 

Seen it played out in 5 States to date and they are on their game.

The nice thing about having a Blur Tooth earpiece, is when they tell you "hey driver come here you gotta see this" you can answer, just a minute I'm on the phone with the Police!

 

How many people have to get scammed, raped, beaten, or what have you before these retarded truck drivers stop trusting people in general, let alone these crazys that thrive on stupid truck drivers. for gods sake drivers use your head.
