I replaced all wiring at the hinges and new headlights. All wiring from there to the switches has been and it all came out good. I ended up taking it up to an electrician at Kenworth of Denton, Tx. Hopefully he can figure it out on monday.

I've had that problem many many times. It is 99% gonna be where wires come from headlights through the hood and hinge area. These other guys are right

I just discovered that when I push the left headlight back, ever so slightly, it blows the fuse. I am finally on to something now. I replaced the headlights with new ones after the issue was going on. It got to dark outside so tomorrow I am going to reroute the ground wires to a new location instead of them being grounded to the hinge. And I think that a hot wire is touching somewhere in that area. 2 things to look into tomorrow.

If it pops the fuse when you push the headlight in, 99.99% chance the issue is in that headlight bucket.

Yes. I just realized when I put that headlight on I put the cove washer on backwards. I then installed the right headlight and that is when I realized I put the left on backwards. I removed the left mounting nut and without taking the front face off I flipped tge cove washer and the bolt followed through the hole and I tightened everything back up. I am willing to bet that a wire inside the bucket is pinched from the head of the bolt. I did find the first issue, it was a hot lead marker wire that went bad and somebody replaced it with a new wire but did not isolate the old wire. The old wire decided to start working again and was shorting the new wire out. I isolated the old wire and the problem was fixed but I created another issue when I mashed the wire under the bolt head when installing the bucket.
