    Is that the actual name of it? And can you identify this dirty muhfuggah without a part number? It's a 2008 Benson 524a, and I'm pretty sure it's Hendrickson suspension. Anywho, it was leaking all my air out the exhaust. Wouldn't build past 90, and wouldn't release the brakes. Like any good oilfield hand, I hit it with a hammer, and it started working.

    I have seen those but do not recall working on one. Some things to thank about.
    1: It is connected directly to an air tank.
    2: It has a blue and red air line to the top of it.
    3: It has four other lines. Are they outlets that go to the spring side of 4 brake chambers?
    4: What is the problem with it?
    5: Guess that is a parking brake valve without more info. Easily converted to a more common valve parking or service. Many valves are replaced first because of a bad chamber.

    The black box is a tracking devise from the IRS, CIA and or FBI. Ha! I have no idea.

    It was frozen. But if it's guts are anything like my old dash valve, then it could use some freshening up.

    Makes sense. I'm financing the trailer.

    Its a Sealco spring brake valve part # 110700. I was helping with some trailer
    rebuilds lately re-plumbing several trailers, new air lines, valves, air tanks
    and chambers. The same valves that were very old and corroded from being
    near the ocean. They still worked fine. I would replace it myself, not a big
    expense and easy to do at home but a pain if it fails on the road.
