Anyone ever use a vapor hose and drop hose to drop on a coaxial drop elbow.
I still use a vapor but was told by my dispatch that using both is faster and allowed so long as I use vapor recovery as well.

Efficiency in delivering fuel has much to do with being very organize , having a solid routine, and maximizing transfer rate .
17 minutes to drop 8800 gallons, 2 drops flowing, vapor recovery included.
Not including truck positioning and grabbing the veeder root.
I have 3 stations I can do that with.
Generally, with the exception of diesel, I can drop 2 compartments at a time.
I share a truck with a guy that's excellent, and he's taught me many tricks to speed up without sacrificing safety or quality...
Unsecure and open everything you'll need on your way down the truck.
I pop my hose straps, raise the drop bar, pop my drain heads, pull my screwdriver and partly pull my stick about halfway out.
I open the drop cabinet, pull my vapor fittings, take them to the boxes.
Pop all my lids, attach vapor to vent the tanks.
Stick the tanks, install drop fittings.
Attach vapor hose to my biggest drop, then feed hose, verify product to compartment, compartment to tank 2x, then pull the handle.
Set up next product same way.
Diesel drops first and alone.
Gas drops ok to do multiple at same time.
While tanks are draining, I'm doing paperwork, listening for the toilet flush sound.
When the initial tails off, I'll drain the hose, close the valve, and move to the next compartment.
I'll come back to each compartment to drain the tails after the compartment drains into the bottom instead of wasting time for it to fully drain.
Seems the practice gets me better pull downs.
Ensuring you're facing uphill helps the compartments drain better too.
Smooth is fast, fast is smooth.
Double verify all connections.
Double verify product to tank. -

If so, then I don't see how using the coaxial elbow would be any faster. In fact I'm thinking it may be slower because all the fuel going into the top fitting has to share space in the fill pipe with the fuel coming through the fitting that would normally be used for vapor recovery.
Don't let dispatch rush you. Just do your job safely at the pace that you're comfortable with. And if you want to get a little bit faster, use shorter lengths of 4" drop hose. Longer lengths will be slower, as will 3" hose.
