Not sure where this belongs, just figured I'd share my bad morning

Neighbor went into town, passed the corner where a bunch of us park our trailers over the weekend. Gave me a call.

Have 47,000 lb of sheet steel on, it didnt move so thats nice

Passenger side leg gear gave up at least 8 hours after i dropped it.

Its stable, couldnt lower other leg to take twist out of trailer. will get someone to lift it tomorrow morning.

That sucks, I used to run a yard dog and we had this happen about 3 times a year to fully loaded carpet trailers.

Yeah i imagine a flatbed might be easier than a van in my situation since i think theyre just going to have to park next to it with a rotater cuff, if you had a big forklift where you worked it might not be as bad... other than the obvious hassle and repair issues.

    FerrissWheel Thanks this.

If it was my trailer, guess I know where I would be on Easter. Blocking, jacking to get a truck under it!

    I’ve had em
    Sink into the pavement

never had one collapse the leg

just dump Your airbags and hit it hard.

someone with a tractor set up for an RGN might be able to back under it and raise it.
