    Yeah, more or less my thoughts, though hes just looking to do what darn near every larger company does all the time already.

    But as a resident, you're going to pay those taxes, regardless of where you incorporate.

    I do plan on buying Real Estate too but first I will focus in trucking.

    Same here Paji. I am in California and want to start my trucking company but I am planning to start it in Indiana because it is better. I am also Punjabi and would like to get in touch with you.

    Yes, pretty much. I like NY but don't like paying the high cost of living / running a business. You're in MI so obviously you won't understand what I am referring to, unless you know someone in NY.

    Taxes and Insurance are 2 different things. One of the main reasons I want to incorporate in a different state, like I said before, is because there are less insurance carriers that will insure a new carrier, and after speaking to brokers and agents in the field, they all told me to open anywhere but NY.
