I've heard good things about them. We use a local shop that still takes measurements by hand. Originally we took the 99 to the dealer who had a machine and the local shop we use said WTF did these guys do Lol. Trouble free ever since.

In my opinion if your local shop is doing it with measurements by hand you are definitely on the right track.

I have had a great experience using Quick Align in Florida.
Old school guy with a mobile van with the MD alignment system.

 

I meant to ask you in my other post if you hear a clunk, or pop when turning hard.. lol

For me, the easiest way to check if it is the shackle/hanger is start the truck up so the power steering pump is running. Then use a glove or something to get good purchase on the steering shaft, & twist it left to right. (Also accomplished with a partner in the drivers seat turning the steering wheel. Lol)

Then watch that hanger as the steering wheel is turned. If you see any side to side movements, it needs replaced. Or at the minimum more shims added can buy you some time. Mine had a few contributing factors, but I'm hoping this will end the inside tire wear. Please be sure to drop back in & let us know what solved your particular issue.. Good luck..
