In the 60's MSP had Fords with 427 interceptor engines . They were quickly bought up when traded for newer models .

Here my City Police Cheif has a Lincoln LS as his car. How did he get it called they nailed a drug dealer and it was a seizure from it. So the Cheif needed a car had something like 30K miles on it was tricked out so the city gave it to him to use after it was tricked out.

I think that officers and state troopers' garage needs these badly.

Would look great as a Highway State Trooper don't you all think?

Hate me if you want, but Ohio Highway Patrol cars look the best to me. Charcoal gray, black trim, yellow stripes. Had a Trooper living across from me when I was staying with my parents 97-99.

As far as the best hiding car, a plain pewter colored Silverado extended cab short bed 4x2 pickup, aluminum wheels, dark tint, TONS of strobes, and civilian Texas plates. Saw that one had somebody nailed hardcore on the shoulder, handcuffed and sitting in the bed. Was right around where 6 and 190 meet in Hearne.

Now that really defines Irony doesn't it? The most broke state in the country with the highest unemployment and they got Corvette's for the cops? :biggrin_25513:
