I’m 99.99% fed up with my current company. Due to the trainers. Im done with training they told me 150 hours yet the trainer can make me stay longer. He already said he gunna release me early but he will do so when convenient for him if possible so im planning to quit tomorrow if im not released from training. Im wondering is there any companies out there hiring drivers with only 1+ month experience and a misdemeanor? I remember getting a call from this site in the past but i was already hired by this company. Let me know... PLEASE preferably a job with a yard in the LA area.

One month experience?!?!?!?! Why are you so fed up? A trainer can totally make you stay longer if your skills haven't developed, depending on the company. If it were me, I'd wait to see how things go after being in the trainer's truck. You can't really get a feel for a company until then. I sense a little impatience here.

he said im ready and hes going to release me early but he’s trying to keep me till his medical appointment. I have an appointment for my second covid vaccine and my partial denture impression for my pulled tooth. So we are headed to the yard and the opportunity is there. If he trying to get me to skip my appointments ima quit period. I have a year under my belt from when i was 25 i drive safe i care about my life more than a few extra bucks. He said he’s going to do it but i cant deal with this anymore. My previous two trainers were horror stories. Im just done dude looking for a new company got enough info now or do you want to aggravate me some more.

Oh ok......I understand. You don't have to quit though....try to diplomatic. Converse, don't confront. Talk to the head of dispatch or whoever of importance. Explain the situation and someone will work with you.

I don't think he realizes he'll have to go through the same "hours" with a trainer at his next company, too. Better to suck it up and be patient.
