They have policies in place. If this trainer is such a problem have you not asked for another trainer?
And if you give most companies an ultimatum, they will take you up on it.

What is going on and what company could help a lot in giving advice on what to do to fix your problems.

Instead of going in all ticked off, go in with the attitude of "I have a problem, what can be done to fix it?"

Thanks man it means a lot. I’ll give it a shot tomorrow. Instead of just quitting I’ll talk to someone about it first. My experience with this company has been absolutely terrible so far with the trainers. Im basically at my wits end with these guys. If i end up quitting ill write something but man my best trainers were from werner.

Did you do the personal loan for the training ?

how much will you have to pay them if you quit?

Multiple trainers at multiple companies? Sounds like a rough start.

How much total cdl experience do you have? You drove for Werner and now with another company.

This question is based on company policy. It doesn't matter if one ofther company or every other company has a different policy about the topic. It only matters what the company policy is.

your getting off to a bad start in trucking. My advice: make the most of it for at least a year. all i can say is you messed up. western express has always been a crappy company. some advice the next go around. research companies to see what else they do besides trucking. it's important to make sure they are good fit for you.

At least tough it out to get thru training, then if you want to move, do it.

Just remember that there is a game to be played and once you get the mindset that you have to just get through it by playing the game, life in this industry gets so much easier.

this applies to everything from dispatchers to shippers to traffic.
