How do you charge as an Owner Operator? Mileage or percentage?

    Hi! Dear Trucker Friends
    I am looking to get best advice that as an Owner operator what is best way to work, is it by miles or by percentage? or get own authority and get loads myself through broker?

    Owner op mileage deals are least likely to be decent. Companies have huge incentive to try to send you on high paying, low MPH runs. Get yourself a taste of the action.
