Anyone know what happened?
The truck was completely upside down in a straight line with the wheels pointing in the air ?
Looked like the dome covers were still in place but leaking gasoline all over the highway.
The fumes were exceptionally strong on the north bound side as I went by but yet they hadn’t cleared people away from the scene from the explosion hazard?
Rolled over gasoline tanker on PA I81 S 175 mile marker

It sure looked weird positioned in a straight line on its back with 18 tires pointing up in air.

Just hauled a load of composite decking to Wolf here in Massachusetts.
Yeah, I did a double take. Never saw a truck like that. Wasn't even mangled from what I could tell. Looked like a puppy rolled over waiting to get scratched.Trucker61016, T.Rucker and Hulld Thank this. -
I said to my wife it looked like a dog that rolled over and was playing dead.AModelCat, T.Rucker, Snailexpress and 1 other person Thank this. -
Must have been either empty or just one compartment loaded?
-
In that picture you can see how the side deformed from rolling over. The compartment heads caused the tank skin to rip and you can see the liquid pouring out.
Hulld Thanks this.
