How do you all stay cool in the hot weather?

You could buy the charge can at walmart it's like $30 with the pressure gauge/ hose. Less when it's on sale. Granted those fittings might be different. I know they changed them at some point.

 

Whats this hot weather everyone is talking about? Still in the 60's here in Maine. LOL who needs airconditioning?

Pull the evaporator and clean the coils change cabin filter if there is one. Clean condenser. Use coil cleaner sold at your local A/C supplier or local home hardware store. Spray it in and it will foam up and emulsify the crap and rinse with a hose. Bet your evaporator core is plugged with dirt then has turned to mud. Top of Freon and check the system. It should freeze you out.

 

Use the bunk heater.

 

Drive nekkid. LOL

 

Move to Idaho until I can move to Canada.

 

If you’re in a dry climate. Like the desert or in the western plains. All you have to do is get wet. The world becomes a whole different place.
Don’t worry about clothes getting wet. They’ll dry out quick.
