Hello everyone, I have a question for people who work for the above companies. I have been hired on as a line haul driver with Saia, but have a interview with Estes on Tuesday for a regional driver. I'm in Phoenix, Az. Can I have some insight on these two please.

We hauled contract for both - then worked directly for ODFL for 7 years.

    Go to ODFL.

OD then Estes then Saia, in my personal hierarchy. Saia having driver facing cameras is a big nope.

But it's the future, just like automatic, in 2007 I said never happen, my truck now automatic and love it. I will just have to love a camera, now. We have to change with things or get left out. If you're doing what your supposed to be doing. Then all good. Just like cop cameras.

Then I'm out. No big deal.

That said, Saia is still last on that list. Their pay is below both estes and old dominion.

Well things have changed. ABF is looking me over now, if they offer a interview I'm definitely taking it. Remember I'm in Phoenix, az

ABF is a very solid choice, overall. My terminal had living conditions that I couldn't endure any longer, so I quit. But the pay and benefits are quite excellent.
