PSP is different. It only lists wrecks when a CVSA inspection report is made. DAC and Tenstreet are two different, private companies that provide driver files so to make it easier to follow the laws governing new hire investigations.
Just because it's not on your PSP doesn't mean there is no record of it. Companies will also look at your MVR and insurance database for wrecks.

I was just bit on an app due to Hireright reporting something from a former company that I disputed but Hireright rejected the dispute.

The company I applied to has such a bureaucratic process that someone caught the discrepancy and asked me what happened and to sign off on it before submitting it to safety for review.

The alleged "incident" is older than 3 years and is not on any other database except Hireright- no police involved, no communication with my company except from me, no 3rd party involvement, no damage to equipment or property. Just my word to the company.

I was told by other drivers I trust to not say anything to the company at the time of the "incident". I did anyway and an unscrupulous and vindictive safety director did all he could to burn me by reporting falsely to Hireright. And since they get their fees from employers and not the people whose data they're transmitting, good luck getting an employer's false report redacted.

    NavigatorWife and baha Thank this.
