First Volvo I've driven, had a P016E00 code come up twice the day before yesterday whilst I was in NM, code and check engine light went away by the next day after letting it sit overnight. Today when I stopped for the night because of a miscommunication between me and the company I noticed the same 016e00 code, I know that one's for fuel pressure issues, I believe the literature says something to the effect of closed loop fuel pressure monitoring stuck at limit - pressure too high, don't quote me. I then noticed it was idling rough and hunting from 500 rpm to 1,000~1,100, so I let them know, I shut the truck off, and it took five or six tries to restart the first time and six the second time, however it wasn't on all cylinders to my ear and it wasn't above 500 rpm so I restarted it a seventh time, and it fired up normally. What is going on? I've spent almost three years with a Detroit equipped truck and the most trouble I've had with them was a thrown belt because the tensioner went out. Also noticed a fluid sheen on the intake side of the turbo by the discharge clamp, I'll post the pics in the first reply

Not looking good. I'd suspect you've got a failing turbo. What's that little line for in the elbow above the turbo? Wouldn't hurt to pop the pipe off and see if its coming from the little line or from the turbo itself.

I edited my earlier comment with some more info.
If that's the original turbo with 7k hours on it honestly I wouldn't complain too much. I think that's pretty decent. -
I'll double check my pics I have of it, my suspicion would be boost pressure but I'm not sure, I'm unfamiliar with Volvo in general
