ITS new format

How do you switch to the new version?

 

Which package do you have? I have the Pro package.

 

Mine changed on me automatically. I could immediately tell the difference, so you'll know it when it happens. I think everyone is forced onto that version after the 14th or something.

 

I got ahold of someone. Had to pretend I was a new customer. Verified I am on the old version, and they're going to email me instructions on how to access the new version.

 

IDK how but in the upper left hand corner, clicked on the 3 bars for the menu, it took me to another screen. I then clicked on searching and im now back on the old format

 

And I was right im missing out on loads....a load search I created only had 43 loads, switched back to the old version and now I have 288 loads.....

 

I don't see those three bars.

 

This is about like when they slammed us, broker side, with their new update. They rolled it back after a day and thousands of angry, "WTF IS THIS" calls.

Can't understand why they don't just leave the stuff well enough alone. It works just fine.

 

I kinda had to pull the screen down a bit to see them....
