I have consulted with half dozen doctors here in Brasil... just to get their opinions on my conditions and how to stay in good shape and keep good health... They all say I must exercise everyday... all my muscles from neck to foot... every darn day... and keep the healthy diet that I have been doing... and get good rest every night...
Well... all that is absolutely right and that's what I must keep doing... but how in the world will I be able to do all that while trucking n living on the road?
That's the million dollar question... I guess I need to learn how to make a million dollars without needing to go back trucking....

I for one had a long lost cousin show up this afternoon. Not announced, just rolled in the shop. Yard is not mowed and my beer supply has taken a dent. Now to make fried bologna Sammies. At the end of the day family is still family. To quote my pops, "friends are chosen, family is thrust upon you".

 

I couldn't say. I've been so many places they all kinda blend together. It's not like I go back 3 or 4 times to get familiar. All except for the places that I'm more familiar with, that I know for a fact I don't want to live. Those places are all on one especially crappy continent.
