I think they are in a world of hurt to get that joint to iine up again. The part on the left has lowered from the lack of support. The fact that it has a monster scab plate already, says to me there is something structurly wrong. Trying to patch it again will only make what ever is tweaking the bridge worse.
As to barge traffic I would say its fine. As long as no other loading is on the bridge that is. Yet what do I know? I weld my own junk and it is still junk. lolLumper Humper, 77fib77, homeskillet and 5 others Thank this. -
