    With McDonalds at 15 bucks an hour and inflation nipping at our heels, its high time for a pay raise.
    What is trickling down to the company driver this year?
    Would love it if you guys could post the pay scale at your company and any and all rumors going around the driver lounge

    Company i work at is a flat 24% for company drivers with us seeing the bills start to finish. And 89% for O/Os with their own trailer. So our pay rises with rates. Though it also falls with rates too so its a double edged sword.

    Sorry, I was trying to by clever by spelling McDonalds the way the kids nowadays do .
    McDonalds now pays kids 15 bucks an hour to flip the delicious burgers and that is dangerously close to what I was making pulling reefer just a few years ago ...

    The one up near where i live is giving kids $22 an hour and managers $35 an hour just because there is such a large labor shortage and STILL cant attact any of these kids to work.

    The under 30 crowd doesn't know HOW to work. Their parents have ruined a couple of generations. This Country is in for a world of hurt. You ain't seen nothin' yet when it comes to inflation and the devaluation of the dollar. Better learn chinese
