No , but I’ve got first hand experience in what happens when they move into an area on the fuel hauling side.....

First they offer to buy you out, if you say no they’ll do everything for 200 miles around for absolutely nothing. Driving down the rates until they stave you out.....

This doesn't help me with trying to get information about the food grade side as a company driver.

Fuel hauling is a cut throat business. At least where I am at. Not really comparing apples to apples.

No. That's why I started this thread. I am looking for information about KAG Food Grade side from current or past company drivers.

FWIW I've worked for their Cryo side up in Michigan, which is supposed to be their "best" side. They couldn't find me a truck to save their life, then gave me a single screw truck on some "fuel saver" super singles to deliver in Michigan winter. Then they tried to upgrade me to a rusted out T660 with 800K miles since it was a twin screw. I dang near had to completely refurbish the first truck because it was trashed, I wasn't about to do another one for them. Literately the worst trucks I've had since I started driving 5+ years ago.

Money was decent but not what I was promised and nothing out of the ordinary spectacular. The biggest problem with them is the customer does the dispatching, you're just a loaner to whoever you're working for. KAG is the middle man collecting the money. Whatever the customer says, you do and this customer didn't know how to dispatch drivers to save their life. So even if you have a problem they throw their hands up and say it's up to the customer.

I don't think there is any ill intentions at KAG, they're just incompetent.

Wonder what the criteria is for that guaranteed minimum?

At most companies you have to be "available for dispatch" for the entire time.

And if you hit the guarantee more than once in the span of a few months, start looking for another carrier that will keep you busy.

The guarantee is pretty good though, wouldn't care if I hit it twice a month.

If anybody still wants info on KAG Food Products, I can give you the good, the bad, and the ugly. I started out with Landes Trucking / Agri-Carriers Group back in 2015 before KAG bought us out a year later. I've been with them ever since.
