Anyone here dealt with arrow in philly ? Thinking of getting a 13 Cascadia dd13. Said truck came from gypsum express upstate ny. Any info on how they maintain their trucks ?

I’d avoid any emission truck

Most of them have a "no older than" requirement for the truck to run ELD successfully.
Definitely go no emissions if you've got your own authority though.
My first assumption based on the carrier's home state is that you'll find a more rusted truck, drivers don't pay to wash the salt even if a minority of carrier's do. But they could be based in NY and run all their trucks throughout the Midwest and South but i very rarely go NorthEast and the few times i have i see gypsum looking haggard.
