I didn’t get to peterbilt yet but I’m leaning towards what you said. I sprayed the belts down and stil makes that noise coming from clutch area. I’m on hard regularly so I won’t let this thread go to waste. I will report back when I nip this down

Don’t spray crap on the belts, this can shorten the life of the belt.
your problem is with the fan clutch itself. Marmonman mentioned what to do, I have gone through this a few times. -
