Been dealing with this issue for few weeks now I changed the fan hub, ac switch, fan clutch, selenoid now I have the issue that the selenoid does not close/open the fan the fan keeps spinning fast.
Air goes into the selenoid but does not come out to close the fan clutch any ideas ?
When I put air through the hose the fan stops spinning fast

It would seem to me the problem is at the solenoid. Does your fan have a switch in the cab that control the fan? I would check the electrical lines going to the solenoid regardless it would seem you are not getting any current to control the solenoid (just my thought)

That’s the first thing to check, might be a short somewhere. Depending on what Truck it is, could have a bad fan pressure switch. Maybe the s/c pressures too high. Too much Freon in the system. No telling. Need Truck info, maybe a real mechanic on here will know more. We put a manual switch on a friends Truck, to activate it, till he could get a fan pressure switch. His fan switch was completely missing for some reason, wouldn’t turn on at all. Before that he was unplugging, ( or plugging in, can’t remember) to activate the fan, while parked,
