So if the emission systems were deleted which one would you go for. Because it's always an option to have them deleted afterward at least in theory.

Not one of those, especially with a delete. Deleting is dumb.

None of them. Take my word for it. I bought a 2017 with warranty and it cost me over 55k just to get it functional. Either go balls to the wall brand new. Or old iron. Dont #### with emissions you WILL get burned.

Might i instead suggest something like this little girl. https://www.truckpaper.com/listings/trucks/for-sale/202825255/2007-international-9200

cheap, reliable, had a rebuilt recently, has all paperwork and can idle without EGR #### to worry about.

Man, nice truck. I wonder if I could get financing for a truck that old with that many miles. That particular truck wouldn't work in my situation either way being I like to take my wife or son along ever so often.

Theres a bunch like it on that site. Just look for 07 and older and sort for what you need. Financeing will be hard but can be done. Just will need 50% or so for something that old usually. Whatever you do though do NOT get a used def truck. If you dont belive me i can PM you some of the repair bills from my first few weeks after i strip my identifing info off em of course.

I do not doubt you're telling the truth about your def problems. I mean why would you lie about itit? I've heard many talk about their issues with them. But on the flip side, I've heard many talk about there not having issues with it. Just saying. Lot of variables to consider on trucks with def symptoms. Does it have an apu on it? if not probably idled a lot thus probably def issues. what does the computer say the soot percentage is? etc. If you know what you are doing you can minimize the possible issues at least in the short term. They all break down eventually obviously.

You heard correctly both ways. The question is, if you have major issues do you have the funds to fix it or will it end your business. That is the question to ask yourself.
