    I delivered a dairy farm in upstate NY there must have been 2 dozen kitties. I was going to get a picture on the way out but they had dispersed.

    So I went in to get chicken and coffee.

    Upon opening the door we realized it's like 30 degrees warmer outside than in the truck.

    I just hope. I pray these people don't plan on idling the whole time they're here.
    Especially the handful still wearing masks.

    The place I delivered to yesterday had a family of four. Can't think of the name of what they call a group of ferals.

    Anyway, I fed them whilst being unloaded. Then the lady that runs the place that signs the bols came out and asked,"Did you feed my kitties?"

    I said yes. I couldn't resist. I hope you don't mind.

    She's like,"You even gave them separate plates."
    Big smile.

    Anyway, we kind of hit it off.

    My closest neighbor's house is about 200 ft away but every time I grill it seems like the breeze is going that way. They haven't said anything directly but I've overheard her telling someone that I sure grill a lot.
    I use briquettes and if I'm doing steaks it about half briquettes and half hardwood lump charcoal. Nice and hot from the get go to sear the meat and then move it to the cooler side. 1 1/4 inch ribeyes medium rare in 10 - 12 minutes.

    Went to Texarkana today and got some nice meat. But we've had over 6 inches of tain over the last five days so I'll wait until Friday to fire up the grill.

    I like mine more rare. So I usually do 7 a side. But also probably not as thick as your steaks.

    Actually I was starting hour 5, elog is on CST and it confused me( doesn't take much anymore). From what I gather there was a huge wreck southbound, multiple birds brought in, northbound was closed for accident reconstruction. I think some of this info is suspect but that's what the news reports
