I gotta tell you, I love mine, Now that my fleet has been all updated this year and I am finishing up my Daily Driver Custom Cascadia, my 372 is getting a full makeover, with no bolt left unturned!

Can't go real fast in a wind tunnel?

Are those a flat floor cabover?

No they are not, only Int. 9800, and Argosy were flat floor, and one experimental Kenworth K100 that was the forerunner of the Aussie K200s is all that I know of? 372 is basically a 362 from the doors back, save for the roof cap of course, The 372 is the only old cabover that I ever climbed in with ALL hung pedals though, I love that feature as I have always had ankle issues and the floor hinge pedals kill me.

I think the football helmet Pete cabovers are more aerodynamic than any truck ever made including the new stuff .

We are going to find out how aero one can get, as I have already found someone to make me a one piece wrap around windshield, already purchased late model no wing window one piece glass doors from a late model 389, and am looking into a Stoneridge Mirror Eye in cab mirror setup to do away with the outside mirrors, have already, moved air tanks and battery boxes from outside frame frame to inside, in-between frame rails, air intake was cut down from over cab and relocated within the engine tunnel, and the "stacks" were removed in favor of a weed burner exhaust system. Front bumper will get a slightly reconfigured lower one, front head light buckets will be flush mounted, Gearing is getting reworked along with all new LRR tires. Keeping the BC4, but will be upgraded a bit to a mech N-14, fuel tanks will be modified for an in tank step and slide forward closer to the front tire to close that gap, side step will be eliminated, all that along with some other little things here and there, should be slicker than snot on a door knob, lol[IMG]

I wish I could find it but many years ago there was a study done and even stock those cabovers were more aerodynamically efficient than the conventionals of the time.

You gonna do something with that turn signal that sticks way out ?

the air intake drawing in air that’s been through the radiator would be better getting in in cold air

and start a thread for the build.
    I’d love to follow along

The turn signals on the front will be incorporated into the headlights on the side they will be "in" the cab step cutouts, will do a build thread, but my build threads sometimes take a while.

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.
