So how do you do it? What address do you have on file with the DMV, IRS, and banks? How do you get your mail? Where have you put your stuff that you couldn't fit in the truck? What do you do when the company takes the truck from you? Where do you park your personal car?
I intend to live in the truck to save money and buy a house. Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Thank you

I have a storage unit, a mailbox in A UPS store, and a semi truck parking space paid monthly where I park my personal vehicle. When I come to town to run errands, I just put the truck in the spot and go do my stuff. If I ever want some time off, I check into a nice hotel for a while and give it the ol' Fear and Loathing treatment.
UPS mailboxes only work in some states. You increase your chances by not identifying it as a box. Just use the word "unit" or the # sign. You can try by getting one you like, renting it for the shortest duration, getting your required documents mailed to it to show residency, and then stroll into the DMV all relaxed and casual and offer as little information as you can get away with.
Another option for mail is South Dakota. Super easy to get residency there.Last edited: Jun 15, 2021

Buying a truck is super easy when youre not dumping cash into a home.
But yeah, if it's a company truck, then you don't gotta pay for parking.Blue jeans, Aamcotrans, Lite bug and 2 others Thank this. -
