    i got approved to go to this school but i dont see any other threads about it. Is it a good school? i saw it on the trucker report home page as one of the top 3 schools in the nation is this true? thanks for any/all info.

    FWIW, I went to TDDS (Lake Diamond OH, right?) over 15 years ago. I passed all my written tests for all the endorsements (including HAZ MAT) with a 100%, THE FIRST TIME I TOOK THE TEST!
    I scored the highest on the pre-trip inspection they had ever seen (only missed 6 items).
    I passed the DMV road test the very 1 st time!
    I am not the best learner, so I would have to conclude they were a VERY GOOD school.
    (However, they did not prepare me for a carreer in trucking! they only made it possible for me to pass the CDL test!)
    Do you know, are they still giving job placement assistance "for life" for all graduates, like they used to?

    it 6,700 for the school and that includes room and everything is that way to much. I was going to go to the local Community college but they only have a class b course and that was 3k
