Random LTL Rants (all are welcomed)

I didn’t realize just how much I needed a holiday weekend, after working 6 days a week for almost 2 months straight. I got Saturday off too, even though I volunteered and there was freight to move. Ended the week with a solid 2800 miles, down from just under 3500 last week.

 

How my day is going.... was told to keep running it and take it to freightliner at the end of my day.

 

i'm going to check out the OD job fair this Saturday in carson ca. hows the micro management? thinking about changing because the pay should be better and the terminal is only 5 miles from the house.

 

@Jay5GS Terminals it's is own world but for the most part is a very laid back environment. As far as the work it's chill compared to other ltls.

 

im not one of those drivers that milks it in the dock i actually do my work and wanna go home lol... so hopefully they'll take ya boy in.

 

Decided to apply at OD the other day and had an interview and job offer. Still thinking things over but it’s sure tempting knowing that my chances of working the dock 4-6 hours in the dead of winter are pretty much ZERO. I am currently at FXF. Are there any former FXF drivers on here that made the switch?

 

What makes ya wanna leave FXF?
