What's happening everyone? Nothing too exciting to report here, been running a pretty steady deal that's allowing me to get home everyday in a reasonable amount of time and still make good money, I've worked a lot of years for something like this, still too early to tell if it's anything that's going to last, but I can say I'm absolutely hustling my loads to at least do my part of making a good impression on the customer. I've hauled for them for years out of their various locations, but a few stars aligned and they have facility to facility transfer loads going now, and I'm lucky enough that the load originates in the town where I live. Hope everyone is doing well, weather looked brutal up through Alabama, glad I wasn't there, definitely glad I wasn't there when that awful accident happened on 65, God rest those souls, I've traveled that stretch of road numerous times, news was reporting that it had a bad reputation of ponding water and causing hydroplaning, either way, tough for all those involved.

Man that’s awesome I hope it all works out! What’s the product you’re hauling? My weeks been cake they putting in a new rail road bridge west of Topeka so I just been running ballast out there from our yard, bouncing back and doin it again. Round and round. Sometimes easy stuff like that is a good break. I had an interesting thing happen this evening. I was doing my paperwork at the end of the day and all of a sudden my truck just sputtered and shut down. And won’t restart. Just out of the blue. Least I was in a good spot, parked and ready to go home. Walked down and told the shop they gonna hook the diagnostic computer to it tonight, so I’ll see what the verdict is. Our mechanic is old school and I like him. He’s especially funny when something like this happens, because the response when asking what his thoughts are is usually “probably some (loooong list of swear words) sensor. Nothing is mechanical anymore!!”. LOL ok here’s the keys good luck!

Oh we’ll just say it’s a little of this, a little of that :). @motocross25 not that I think any of my Midwestern fellow dumpers would ever come down and sop up my gravy, you just never know who may be lurking in the shadows LOL! If I’m still on it in 90 days I’ll feel a little more secure in the stability of it.

@Trashtrucker1707 I don’t blame you at all, that’s probably smart not advertising it. I was just being nosey. And yep! The shop figured out the problem in no time. I got to work today and my truck fired right up. Went down to the shop to ask what the problem was and they said the fuel filter was clogged up. So they replaced both and today went smooth. We back on the auto fluff to the landfill so that’s terrible but at least it’s almost Friday! You got big plans for the weekend?

No big and exciting plans for me, running “local” has its advantages but I’m busting my butt to get it done so this weekend will probably be all about relaxing and taking it easy. No Moto this weekend, have you watched any of the outdoors @motocross25 so far it’s been a pretty good season, Mount Morris was the best race of the season in my opinion, I lived in Pittsburgh for a few years and went to both high point, and the final years of steel city.

I haven’t seen much of the MX this season I been wrapped up in the hockey playoffs. I saw a few races but who is this Dylan Ferrandis dude? I was kinda hoping Tomac would have had a few better showings. The only outdoor I’ve ever been to is Crawfordsville IN the first year they had it and it was a mud fest. I still couldn’t believe how fast those guys go in person being that close. Just pinned thru the washed out muddy whoops it’s insane.

My company doesn’t take owner ops, I’m not sure about @Trashtrucker1707 but JK Williams and Bones do. Where are you located?

No O/O’s where I work, years ago they were here but they phased out pretty quickly. BTW @motocross25 Dylan Ferandis is last years outdoor champ in the lites class as well as SX champ, pretty bad dude on a dirtbike, especially that pig of a yamaha :)
