1,000 miles, twice. 65-66 mph truck. The hardest trips less than 1k were across TX. You can drive nearly 900 miles in a straight line and not escape TX. At least the rutted out lanes took over much of the steering duty.

Driving from south Texas (Mission, Brownsville) west towards Arizona seems to take FOREVER.

Average 500 miles usually. Drive about 8 hours and I can’t drive anymore. Weird

Yeah, I know what you mean. If you throw in weather, a long dock wait, construction, etc. sometimes a 300 mile day seems really long. Honestly, the flat out open west runs 600+ don't bother me nearly as bad as half those miles in the east.

Tampa bay to Winnipeg just over 2000 miles with a clean level 1 inspection in North Dakota rest area on 4 hours sleep using paper . Only reason I did it was hospital said father had 24 to 48 hrs to live his cancer was blocking his breathing. He pulled through thankfully that was 17 years ago .

IBP Meat, Wallula, WA to IBP Meat Amarillo, TX 1500 miles in 1997. Straight thru with 1 stop in Green River, UT for fuel. On paper, and the DM had sent me cash via Western Union to West Winds truck stop in Green River so i wouldn't have a fuel receipt on my ComData card. It was right around 26 hours total. Had two days off in Amarillo, to "Rest Up".

I remember when some stops would ask what date you wanted on your fuel receipt. Lol
