Cummins ISM, Massive White Smoke coming from Exhaust Pipe, but no error codes.

So I recently started up my truck after having been sitting for a month with a Cummins ISM engine. We had a lot of rain here for the past few weeks and my exhaust pipe is prone to getting some water in there if it hasn't been moved.

I start up the truck and immediately I see white smoke come out of the exhaust pipe. That's normal and it normally clears up after 2 minutes, but this time it continued to push out heavy white smoke for well over 5 minutes. I got no error codes in the cab so I shut it off. I can see water leaking out of the DPF filter, so is it possible the entire DPF filter is filled with water?

I checked the oil level and smelled it, it's normal and dosent smell like coolant. I checked the coolant level and it hasn't changed, I also checked the turbo and it seems to be functioning fine. What could it be?

 

Looks like steam, I can see water particles being spit out of the exhaust pipe and water leaking out of the DPF filter. Smoke would be more heavier, this was kind of free and moving around with the wind.
