I understand wanting to shut them down because of disease transfer, but what I don't understand is completely ripping them out and spending the extra money to remodel the whole restaurant and make sure they never return.
Why are all of the buffet's being taken out?

Drivers stopped eating at the restaurants even before the pandemic. TA used to have buffet in all or most of their restaurants 15 years ago. Flying J had buffets when they had Thads restaurant and they were not part of Pilot.

Petro in Rochelle IL still has salad bar.
They even had spinach. Keep that non nutritious lettuce garbage. T/A Petro will soon have all restaurants gone snd fast food artery clogging #### food or fast food #### everywhere.
