These boneheads don't trip plan and hold it on the floor until they are hosed.
I normally run the same lanes to the same places but this weekend I'm going to Atlanta which isn't my area of familiarity but I already have spots reserved for Sat and sun night .

I noticed many times people parked this way thinking rest area all booked but it has multiple empty spots still
