Anyone here have experience with them as o/o?
Looks like the are offering 70% for pulling van and 75% pulling open deck. Which could be good or not worth getting out of bed for.

I don't know about O/O, but a chick I knew from Bison was company for them, and only lasted 8 months doing Canada/US. Didn't really say what the deal was, just that it was "to much ########" lol.

I personally think they're one of the better Ontario Companies. TransAm seems to get a lot of praise also. But you're bang on with everywhere is to much ########. This little LCV bubble I'm in, at this particular company is the only reason I'm still doing this. I honestly can't even suggest with confidence a single company in Canada to work for.

Brother in law was at Muskoka Transport when Titanium bought them out.
Titanium wanted him to run USA. But he wouldn’t do it. So they put him on short runs in GTA maybe 35-150 miles a day, but only paid him mileage.
One fellow he knew stayed and went lease-purchase. About every three months they added some new admin charge or expense until they didn’t make any money at all.

I know one of the titanium drivers quit 3 years ago to run Gardewine Regional,(THUNDER BAY TO NEW LISKEARD),,still there. He said poor dispatch at Titatanium, dirty trucks. Not efficient enough dispatch to make the higher cpm worthwhile

I looked back on my convo with the Gal I mentioned above, and she said similar. Filthy falling apart equipment, horrible dispatch, English is an issue.

Isn't it a sad state of affairs that we start basing our decision to sign on to a company not by the good things we hear about them but by picking the company that has the least amount of bad stuff. Lol

There’s a moderator on FB for Northern Ontario Truckers or something like that who is O/O at Titanium…
