Do your fifth wheels wear "even"? Mine obviously rubs in a circle all the way around, and about 3" wide. Couple other spots too. They will be bare of grease after a good run, but the rest of it is still nice and covered with grease.
RStewart and shatteredsquare Thank this. -

I have a friend that uses motorcycle chain lube. Sprays on a light coat, and with use it gets sticky and tacky. Says it doesnt take much and its cleaner? One can last months?
feldsforever, shatteredsquare and mitmaks Thank this. -
This is what they had, I have a week to return it, if its wrong. It was just under 8.00.

Can I use this to greese Every thing? I know the axles get the white container. But on the greese fittings on the truck.?

Cold climates I've heard folks will cut the 5th wheel grease with diesel to thin it out. Apparently the grease gets so thick it inhibits the articulation and can actually put you in the ditch on icy roads.
mitmaks, Magoo1968, feldsforever and 2 others Thank this. -
