The safety guy at the DC I use to work at would catch drivers from time to time. But he would just tell them they wasn't supposed to have the phone in there hand texting. Or they wasn't supposed to be talking and driving. But most drivers would tell him they were talking to the ROC. It never went any further than that.

But this was before all the other rules came into play. Me my self wouldn't go fast enough on the yard to kick me onto the drive line. But I only talked while truck was parked.

Not sure how it is now. I talk to former co-workers here and there. And 2 say they would leave if they could find a company paying the same or close to it. And I always say your not looking hard enough.

    That's not true
They will not check your phone records unless you're in an accident

And on company property just stay off the phone until you park. Then talk all you want to.. It's very simple. I can stay off the phone for 115,000 a year working a 5 on 2 off weekly

not true per walmart.. a driver out of Palestine was reported for using his phone... had to go to safety... they pulled his phone record's. The record's showed he was on the phone with walmart so they let go.... and no he was not in a accident
