This is great....get a phone call from my DM saying Wytheville was accusing me of smashing a reefer unit with the trailer I dropped Sat as they sent her pictures. Only thing is, I dropped my trailer next to another dry van, there was no reefer there. They finally checked time stamps thankfully and bingo, reefer didn't get dropped til late Sat night and I dropped my dry van early Sat afternoon. DM even pulled up text I sent her to prove it wasn't me either. Wytheville called back and apologized saying they found the person who did it. Said culprit moved my trailer for some reason and hit the reefer then took off saying nothing about it. Next time they need to check everything before accusing someone. Im too honest, if I hit something I report it. Too many dishonest ppl with no integrity these days. I think from now on when I drop a trailer Im going to take pics and make sure my personal dash cam records me and my surroundings after I arrive to said yard to drop in case I get falsely accused again.

1) hold those accountable for not reporting equipment damage, either picked up with damage or did the damage themselves and hold those accountable for not taking care of equipment repairs when in their possession.

Question. I’ve been smelling what I think is my DEF system. It’s not a battery smell or anything. It’s unfamiliar to me, but it’s right where you put the DEF in. It started 2 days ago and has gotten progressively worse. Anybody have a clue as to what it might be? Unsafe to drive? Can it wait until I get back to RVA next week for home time?

Dropped my loaded trailer at Orly Rd In Indy. Got a call from the load planner this morning wanting to know if I wanted the two stop Oregon Boars Head. In my most sarcastic response, I told him absolutely, only if you promise me this will be the last time I see it until the winter. He laughed, I was dead serious. Ran that last winter about 8 times from November until March, haven’t seen this load once this summer. I’m thinking they’re getting ready for the fair weather runners to return south.
