I will when I have more time. It’s a long answer and I only want to have to do this once. I’m busy right now. Don’t worry I will.

Please don't bother. I'm honestly not interested I only wanted to reword the earlier sound advice you got in the hope you'd be able to understand. I'm out.

Actually you have been given quite a bit of useful information. Just because it is apparently not the answers that you want, doesn't make it bad information. Try not to be so argumentative, it isn't going to help your cause. Laws is laws and rules is rules. Gotta go along with them whether you like them or not.

The short answer is cabotage rules are in place to stop foreign aliens from taking business from locals. I’m not an alien or foreign in either country. Native people in Canada get lots of perks. Free health care, dental, don’t pay taxes on my truck or trailer. Don’t pay income tax on some situations. I can hunt year round and fish with no limits and no tags required. These are a few things you may not know. So this would likely fall into that category. I didn’t get one correct answer from here. I called the commercial border crossing in 3 regions and was given the same
Answer each time! It’s a lot of info and don’t fault anyone here for not having the correct answers.

And this is where you keep getting held up at. Cabotage rules affects the carrier and the driver both. Not just the driver.
But you refuse to see that so I don't know why I'm bothering to reply.....

Doesn’t apply to me. So you know more then the commercial trucking border guards ? I’m gonna take your word over theirs? They ALL said I have a bullet proof loop hole

Yes, we see all the time idiot LEO's. Why would we not see idiot CBP officers?

And it applies to the carrier. Period! Citizenship status doesn't matter, it's where the carrier is based that matters.
Yes you personally can. Create a company in the US based in the US and you can come down here no problem and do whatever you want. Create a Canadian company, go there and do whatever you want.
As soon as the carrier crosses the border all cabotage rules apply.
