The sleeper was above the cab on this model.

 

WTF were they thinking? "We'll have to put it on top, there ain't no room behind the cab". Lol

 

I don’t remember a cabover with a stand up sleeper? I did see a GMC Astro at a dealership once in Jacksonville that had a little area behind the doghouse a short guy could stand.

You need to remember that the floor board was about even with the bottom of the door.

 

Good for areas prone to flooding. You know.
