Coolant leak from right engine side frame rail?

    Anyone know what this part is called...its a coolant system part attached to the inner right side frame rail directly above the front axle on my 08 670 d16. I dont have a coolant system parts diagram so i cant even research the thing.

    this is the power steering cooler there is a better way no to run it in the front of the radiator there is a kit for it do not have the part number but if you use vin 167352 just ask them for power steering cooler they should give you the right part need to add some hose and it is a much better system than previous years.
