I can laugh at that! But I was trucking when Good Buddy wasn’t a slur used by some puss on the internet!

Well I have to tell you since I've started this thread I lost count of how many times I was so thankful that my truck is not some big gigantic impractical thing that you have to wrestle with every day.

I just backed into the tightest spot I've ever seen in the truck stop.

There are no spots anywhere except the one that I got and there are trucks double-parked so deep there's only one way in and it's tight.

But hey you know what, I need a truck that's about 10 feet longer with a set forward axle.
    that'll do it.

Then when I have nowhere to park and I can't get any sleep and I watch the other guys be able to go into those spots I'll just sit there and say yeah but look at my belt buckle and my chicken lights...

I completely understand where your head's at. But you need to realize you see certain times when your aero truck is preferable to a longer truck. Certain times.

But for the guys driving that longer truck, it's preferable to them to drive said longer truck all the time.

Just regular truck wash cleanings this year. I really miss polished her all up in the spring and monthly touch ups. But it’s been a busy year with freight, new numbers and a new shop. Just days away for having water at the shop so we can get back to weekly cleanings. 72576869-7A9B-45EA-8C50-E61D82860D78.jpeg F375230E-E780-4680-8AA5-79C437B9D65A.jpeg D80D3B8E-08A3-4187-8B24-25A41FABD72D.jpeg 2A6C3F41-6A31-4627-98F2-669E21C90230.jpeg 67DA8D08-5E28-49A4-969A-33F293C7078A.jpeg E55FE7E8-5802-4A8D-9D09-08A39579B0BB.jpeg

You’ve chosen your mountain to stand on, but maybe if you lost count how many times you’ve been thankful for your short truck in less than a month maybe you’re underestimating your driving. It’s really not that much different. A long truck with a big spread with double dumps will back up easier than a tandem once you learn your switches.

You see a situation and are thankful you have a short truck. I see my reflection in store windows multiple times a day and I’m thankful I drive a clean polished truck. We’re different people.

I have a 9400i as well. It's exactly like yours in every way except it's not as nice, not stretched, has a flat top sleeper that's way smaller, and needs a paint job.

But other than those things, it's basically the exact same truck!!!

20210908_204450.jpg All my pictures seem to look the same. Not much scenery at night. Ain't been polished for awhile. Will soon have my own shop with a floor Drain! 20210908_204522.jpg
